- 3 cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) Baking Sodsa
- 1 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
- 3 teaspoon(s) Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Egg
- 1 cup(s) Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup(s) White Sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) White Sugar
- 3 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup(s) Grated Zucchini
- 1 cup(s) Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tablespoon(s) Chopped Walnuts
Directions
1. Grease and flour two 8x4 inch pans. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Sift flour, salt, baking power, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl.
3. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture and beat well. Pour batter into prepared pans.
4. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until tester inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan and completely cool.
