Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

For 8 people ()

  • 1 cup(s) Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 cup(s) Shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup(s) whole-kernel corn
  • 1 cup(s) Dry White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Chili Powder
  • 1 Can Condensed reduced-fat, reduced-sodium tomato soup, undiluted

Directions

1. Heat oil in a Dutch Oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; saute 2 minutes.

2. Stir in chicken and corn, white wine, jalapenos, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, chili poweder, chili powder, chicken broth and tomatoes.

3. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.

4. Top with sour cream.
