- 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 15 ounce(s) Chunck Pineapple
- 2 pinch(es) Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) Butter
Directions
1. Salt and pepper chicken breasts, brown in butter over medium heat
2. When browned, add pineapple and sugar
3. Continue cooking until liquid is thickened and forms a sauce. Serve over rice
