- 1 cup(s) Hoisin Sauce
- 1 cup(s) Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) Black Bean Paste
- 1 cup(s) Minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) Minced Fresh Ginger Root
- 1 cup(s) Minced Scallions
- 1 tablespoon(s) Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) White Sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dry Mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) Liquid Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) Peanut Oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill 2-4 hours.
2. Remove chicken from marinade, drain well. Grill 5 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked, or bake at 375 for 30 minutes (until juices run clear when pierced with a fork). Remove to a serving platter.
3. Heat marinade until boiling, Simmer 3 minutes.
4. Serve marinade over grilled chicken. Garnish with cilantro leaves if desired.
